Each client's needs are different.  It is your decision how often we meet.
Most people choose either weekly, every two to three weeks or once a month
depending on the situations and challenges.  Many may start out every other week and move to monthly or more as they evolve and expand.

Clients come to life coaching for many reasons.  The following are some examples:
•   Making positive changes in career or personal life
•   Major life transitions (college, family, divorce, death of a loved one, empty nesters, etc)
•   Transform feelings of being unfulfilled, stuck, unsure, anxious, sad, angry or restless
•   Gain strategies to better handle difficult life or work situations

•   Transform poor boundaries
•   Improve limited belief systems
•   Manage negativity
•   Recognize and shift away from self sabotage
•   Perspective and management of the emotions of divorce/separation
•   Brainstorm stronger techniques in parenting
•   To improve difficult relationships/marriage coaching
•   New ways to perceive and handle bullying

Through Transforming thought patterns and reactions, clients begin to create new ways of being, leading to the reality of an unlimited future and potential.
